You can change or cancel your order up to 24 hours before the
delivery schedule, if you notify our costumer service team through
our Whatsapp / SMS 984 8043872, Chat, or our e-mailbeelocal@loqsea.com. In both cases you will be responsible for ensuring that the
team has received your message either through a confirmation
e-mail or verbally. Although we will endeavor, for logistical
reasons, loQsea.com can not guarantee that changes received after
the time required will be applied. In such cases we reserve the
right to accept them.

update of your order via e-mail or you can see it once logged into

If the change is denied, the customer will be required to complete

In the rare situation that one or more products were not located
in our inventory, we will include you a similar product. You will
always have the option not to accept the chosen product/s. In case
